FAQ’s
Crush Uncertainty.
-
You do. On delivery you receive full ownership of the finished films and all deliverables produced for your project, along with a written licensing summary documenting every third-party asset used and the specific rights secured for your use case.
-
Yes. We produce on commercially licensed platforms and license all music and third-party assets for the specific end product and territory you need. Web, paid media, and broadcast use are each quoted with the correct licensing tier. Nothing in your delivery is cleared for a use case we haven't explicitly covered in your agreement.
-
No. All characters and performers are original AI-generated creations, or based on real individuals who have provided written consent. We do not generate recognizable likenesses of real people without explicit permission.
-
No. Your materials are used solely to produce your project and nothing else. We do not use client assets to train models, fine-tune systems, or produce content for any other purpose.
-
Most projects deliver in two to six weeks from signed brief depending on the package. Short-form social content can move in under two weeks. See the full timeline breakdown on the Services page.

A brief, your brand guidelines, and one decision-maker who can approve the look. That's it. The clearer the brief the faster we move — useful things to include are references, target platform, tone, audience, and any must-include messaging.
-
Every project includes a look development phase before full production begins. You approve test frames before a single scene is generated. Revisions at that stage are included. We don't move into production until the look is locked — that gate exists specifically so this doesn't happen.
-
Your master file plus every aspect ratio and cutdown in your deliverables list — 16:9, 9:16, 1:1, and stills where applicable. Captioned versions available on request. Broadcast and out-of-home formats quoted per project.
-
Creative development and shot planning, full production, editorial and color, sound design and mix, two rounds of revisions, and delivery in all agreed formats. Original score is available as an add-on or included depending on the package.
-
Yes. We work directly with brands and with agencies producing work for their clients. Agency payment terms are net 30. If you're pitching work and need a visual treatment or proof of concept to sell the idea, that's a specific package — see Pitch & Proof of Concept on the Services page.
